I will be recommending this book to anyone and everyone interested in spirituality, shadow work, self realization, finding your place after religious abuse, and those interested in strengthening their relationship with one’s higher self.

Also a great start for those wanting to building deeper and stronger relationships with others through basic human kindness. Touched on self awareness and goal orientation as well.

A very well rounded read on the topic of what spirituality is as well as the importance of realizing one’s own worth, calling, and affirming your core beliefs.
