An great awareness book gently touches on the outward effects or natural consequences that a persons will exhibit or experience while experiencing stress.

Addresses shortly the importance of Taking accountability, healing from trauma, setting boundaries, addressing personal insecurities, learning to accept and face changes in life, relationships, family, coping with loss, social media, others energy’s and more….when it comes addressing your personal stress levels.

“How can we respond to these external events in such a way that our mind remains calm and serious incidents leave no long-term scars?”

My take away from the book Your reaction to the situation is what matters most - you are valid in your feelings but let’s exam why and try to find calm and peace in the situation - it’s not worth stressing!

This is a great read very helpful not intimidating and relatable, I will be passing a few copies onto my fiends, a great guide book to beginning self reflection and taking responsibility and action to manage one’s journey.

I would recommended to anyone looking to build a skill set to help identify and manage stress. A very easy read and a great introduction to the subject.
